The villa
A restored stone farmhouse, once one of the original barns, set among the vineyards of a 16th century organic estate that produces its own wine, olive oil, honey and salumi. Airy and loft like, yet warmly Tuscan.
Inside
Five double suites, each with an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sinks: one on the ground floor for guests who prefer no stairs, four upstairs. Large living spaces with deep sofas, an eat in kitchen opening to the garden, and a downstairs powder room that doubles as a pool cabana.
Outside
A private pool surrounded by vineyards, with plenty of sun beds, and a back garden with an outdoor dining area just off the kitchen.
Location
On the Chianti hillside above Figline Valdarno, about 45 minutes by car south of Florence, with Siena also within reach.
