The villa

A single ground floor: an open plan living area with a traditional Tuscan fireplace, a dining area and a kitchen. Off it are a king size master bedroom and a twin room with queen beds, each with an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and dual sinks. There is also a studio and a laundry closet.
Outside
A covered dining terrace with a barbecue grill and a private jacuzzi looking out over the hillside, plus a lounge area and a fire pit in the private garden.

Just outside Casole d'Elsa, on a 1700 hectare estate of vineyards, olive groves and cypress lanes. Siena Ampugnano airport is 21 km and Florence airport 78 km; Colle di Val d'Elsa is 15 km, San Gimignano 30 km and Siena 38 km.
