A thoughtfully renovated country house on an estate between the Valdarno and Reggello, among rolling hills, meadows and olive groves, with the eroded Balze del Valdarno as a backdrop.

On the ground floor, a spacious living room flows into a large dining area opening onto the garden, with a kitchen and a guest bathroom. Upstairs, three doubles, each en suite and with views over the hills; two convert to twins. A single sofa bed in a separate room takes a seventh guest.

A 14 x 3.5 m infinity pool with a spacious paved terrace and sun loungers, set in a lush garden with a barbecue area and outdoor furniture.
Location
On an estate about 1.5 km from Matassino, with shops and a bar, and 4 km from Figline Valdarno. Reggello is 7 km, Greve in Chianti 23 km and Florence 43 km. Florence airport is 53 km.
