The villa

An open plan living and dining area with large windows onto the pool, a modern fireplace and a well equipped kitchen with wine cellar. Three doubles, each with a private shower room: two on the ground floor over the garden, one accessible, and the master upstairs with countryside views. A small gym completes the upper floor.
Outside
A 12 x 6 m infinity pool, 1 to 1.8 m deep, heatable on request, with loungers and a hot tub for five. Lounge areas and a shaded dining area overlook the countryside.

In the countryside 13 km from Volterra and 17 km from San Gimignano, with a restaurant 2 km away. Siena is 53 km and Florence 79 km. Pisa airport is 70 km and Florence airport 72 km.
