The villa
A restored farmhouse and former barn among vineyards and olive groves above Greve in Chianti, with wooden beams, terracotta floors and a stone staircase dating from the 1500s. The estate makes its own wine, olive oil and saffron.
Inside
Eleven apartments and rooms sleep up to 38 guests. Two barn apartments each have a fireplace living room and two en suite doubles; two multi level apartments sleep six; an apartment in the 16th century dovecote tower has a roof terrace; the rest are intimate rooms for couples, one fully accessible. All double beds are queen size. There is a historic wine cellar and a fitness area.
Outside
A 6 x 12 m pool with Chianti views and a pool bar, an outdoor jacuzzi and Finnish sauna, an outdoor cinema, a padel court, an archery range and a small farm with alpacas, peacocks and goats. Caretakers live discreetly on site.
