The lower ground floor holds a cinema, a gym, a sauna and massage room, a double with en suite and a guest bathroom. A drawing room and a winter garden complete the house.

A 10 x 3 m pool with a paved, furnished poolside. Two outdoor dining areas, one under a pergola, and a covered lounge with sofas, all within a lush garden. Covered parking behind electric gates.
