The villa
A house built of river stone on the hill of Ansedonia, behind a private gate, in a manicured Mediterranean garden of flowering shrubs. A wraparound veranda catches the sea breeze and the view.
Inside
French doors from the veranda open into a large living area with a lounge, a TV room and a playroom, followed by a formal dining room and foyer. The kitchen opens onto the garden. Three doubles and two twins, each with its own bathroom; the master has a Jacuzzi, and one twin sits above on a wide terrace with private access.
Outside
An irregular 15 x 8 m pool with loungers, looking down to the sea. A large veranda for drinks and dinner, a barbecue, table tennis, and small sitting corners tucked into the garden.

Above Ansedonia, 2 km from the beach. Orbetello is 8 km, Porto Ercole 12 km and Capalbio 15 km. Rome Fiumicino airport is 140 km.
