The villa
A country villa on six acres in the hills of Capalbio, with panoramic views of the Maremma. Open plan interiors lit by large French doors, centred on a fireplace open on all four sides.

Around the fireplace, a sunken lounge on one side, a pool table and dining area on the other. A second living room with library and home theatre, and a country kitchen. Five doubles: two on the ground floor with verandas, one king with private bathroom, one queen en suite; upstairs, a queen mini suite with terrace, and two kings sharing a bathroom. Technogym gym and indoor pool below.

An 8 x 16 m infinity pool framed by a stone wall and timber decking, facing the hills. Gardens of olive, cork, cypress and holm oak, an organic vegetable garden, a patio with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and long table, and a shaded play area with table tennis.

In the hills about 6 km from Capalbio, 15 minutes by car from the coast. Orbetello is 22 km and Porto Ercole 28 km. Rome Fiumicino airport is 118 km.

A cold buffet is also provided at check-in (food and beverage costs not included).
