The villa
A 17th century villa once owned by one of the region's noble families, restored with the character of a Tuscan farmhouse. Its 14.5 acres hold olive groves, a vineyard producing Sangiovese and olive oil, a natural spring, fountains, walking trails and an original chapel.
Inside
On the ground floor, a living room with fireplace, a dining room lit by a Venetian chandelier, a Tuscan kitchen opening onto the courtyard, a laundry, a guest bathroom and a double with en suite shower. Upstairs, a sitting room overlooking the pool and five more doubles, with views of pool, garden or courtyard, sharing two bathrooms.
Outside
Lavender and roses surround a 12 x 6 m pool with a diving board and a paved deck; a gate closes it off for small children. A shaded dining area with barbecue seats 12, alongside an outdoor lounge, a pizza oven and an organic vegetable and herb garden.

In the Capannori hills, about 2 km from Capannori and five minutes by car from shops in San Lorenzo. Pisa airport is 31 km away, Lucca 12 km, Pisa 25 km and Florence 91 km.
