The villa
Contemporary architecture by two artist architects: 525 square metres in 10 hectares of olive groves and woodland, 200 m up above Lucca. White marble, a red staircase rising three floors and custom sculptures; National Geographic Channel named it among Italy's most ecological homes.
Inside
A main villa and a guest house, each with three doubles and a sofa bed. The main master suite has a super king bed, dressing area and sunken tub; the guest house master has a separate sofa bed room. Both masters sit under the roof, whose four wings, 170 square metres, open hydraulically. Two kitchens, a dining area for 14, a fireplace; four bathrooms.
Outside
A narrow 26 x 5 m infinity pool with hydromassage runs towards the view of Lucca's walls. Terraces include one of 100 square metres, with a gazebo, a shade sail, a barbecue and table tennis among centuries old olive trees. A helicopter landing area is available on request.
Location
On the first hills around Lucca, 8 km from the city and its walls, which are in view. Pisa airport is 39 km away, Pisa 20 km, Montecarlo 26 km and Florence 85 km.
