A spacious main house and a converted hayloft annex, both finished to a high standard, in a private green valley near Palaia. The setting is secluded and catches the sun into the long summer evenings, and the two buildings suit two families.

The main house has a large dining and drawing room with an open fireplace, a sunroom with a billiards table and a kitchen with a central island; the annex has its own island kitchen and living space. Seven bedrooms: five doubles, one twin and one single, with nine bathrooms, five of them en suite.
Outside
A generous pool and furnished sun terrace with a Jacuzzi beside it. Next to the pool, a shaded gazebo holds an outdoor dining area with a charcoal barbecue and fridges. Parking for seven cars.

In the countryside 5 km from Palaia and 8 km from Peccioli. Pisa airport is 37 km away, Volterra 35 km, San Gimignano 40 km and Florence airport 68 km.
