A 19th century farmhouse in the countryside near the hill village of Palaia, restored as a refined family home. A main house and an adjacent annex sit among open fields with long views over the valleys.

Light rooms with a kitchen opening to a lounge and the terrace, a dining room and a laundry. On the first floor, six bedrooms: four doubles, two with en suite bathrooms, and two singles, sharing two bathrooms. On the ground floor, two further doubles with en suite showers, one in the house and one in the annex.
Outside
Landscaped gardens that merge into the countryside, with a generous pool at their centre and a shaded lounge beside it. An open air terrace has a charcoal barbecue and a large dining table facing the view. Parking for seven cars.

In the countryside 5 km from Palaia and 8 km from Peccioli. Pisa airport is 37 km away, Volterra 35 km, San Gimignano 40 km and Florence airport 68 km.
