The villa
A lakefront estate at Vassena of two houses in a 2,000 sqm Italian garden of old trees: an early 20th century stone house of 400 sqm, carefully restored, and a 150 sqm modern house by an Italian architect, furnished with B&B, Flexform and Cassina.

The stone house has a sitting room onto the lake terrace, a large kitchen with ancient stone fireplace and dining area, a ground floor double en suite, and upstairs a master and two twins with two bathrooms; two rooms below for entertaining. The modern house has an open living area and kitchen, a master with lake terrace and a twin.
Outside
Two lake terraces with solarium, two piers and a private beach. A gazebo with deckchairs and a Tuscan stone table, a portico with marble table, a barbecue and dining area over the water, and a children's playground. Mountain bikes, canoes, a windsurfer and fishing gear.
Location
Directly on the lakeshore at Vassena, a short drive from Bellagio, and a central base for Como, Cernobbio, Milan and Switzerland. Garage space and three parking places inside the gate.
