The villa
A light filled family house in the northern part of Lezzeno, on the Bellagio side of Lake Como, set in a garden with direct access to the shore. Balconies and terraces on every level look across to Villa del Balbianello.
Inside
Three levels. The ground floor has a living and dining area and an eat in kitchen opening onto the lake terrace, with a shower room. The first floor holds two queen doubles and a twin, each with a balcony, sharing a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. Under the sloping timber roof, a penthouse room with a queen sofa bed, its own shower room and air conditioning.
Outside
A terrace off the kitchen with a large table for meals over the lake, garden lounge areas and sun loungers. The pebbled beach lies directly in front of the house, with two canoes and four bicycles for guests.

About 2 km from the centre of Lezzeno. Bellagio 6 km, Varenna 12 km, Como 25 km. Bergamo airport 69 km, Milan Malpensa airport 75 km. Parking for four cars in the garden.
