The villa
A lakeside house of contemporary décor in the fishing village of Lezzeno, on the Bellagio side of Lake Como, set in a manicured garden. An original 19th century fireplace remains. No car reaches the door: 65 cobbled steps lead down from the road.
Inside
Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, for eight guests plus one on a sofa bed. The entrance floor has a twin with lake terrace and a king double with sitting area, fireplace and balcony. Above, a twin and a king double with lounge and lake terrace. The ground floor holds an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen.
Outside
An 8 by 4 m pool with loungers, a stone table under a vine covered pergola, and lounge corners in the garden. Two gates lead straight onto the adjoining public pebble beach.

About 1 km from the centre of Lezzeno, with a restaurant 100 m away and a supermarket a seven minute walk. Bellagio 9 km, Como 22 km. Milan Malpensa airport 71 km, Milan Linate airport 81 km. Roadside parking for two cars.
