The villa
A 19th century Tuscan country house on two floors, in a garden of aromatic herbs just outside Pienza. Made modern and comfortable, yet furnished with vintage pieces that keep a strongly Tuscan way of life.

A large lounge with a library and a big fireplace, a kitchen and, off the living area, a second small kitchen. Six doubles: on the ground floor one with a private Jacuzzi bathroom across the hall and two en suite, convertible to twins; upstairs a king room with shower and Jacuzzi, a double with Jacuzzi and a double with twin shower. A 100 sqm gym.
Outside
A long 4 x 18 m saltwater pool shaped like an ornamental lake, 1.5 m deep, heatable at extra cost, with sun loungers. A portico with a long table for dinners at sunset, a veranda, an outdoor lounge, a barbecue and a vegetable garden.

In the countryside 2.5 to 4 km from the centre of Pienza. Montepulciano is 19 km, Montalcino 27 km. Florence Airport is 132 km, Rome Fiumicino 215 km.
