The villa
A farmhouse renovated to a high standard while keeping its 18th century character, with contemporary design pieces set among antiques. A main house and a small dépendance, with generous, airy rooms for entertaining.
Inside
Ground floor: living areas, a dining room with a large table, a modern kitchen and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub. Upstairs, four doubles, two with baths and two with showers, all en suite. The dépendance holds a sixth double with a marble bathtub. All six have king size beds that can become twins.
Outside
A 10 x 10 m pool, 2 m deep and unheated, with sun loungers. A pergola shaded dining area with barbecue and pizza oven, a patio, a vegetable garden and an orchard, with views over the countryside and a lake.

In the countryside a few kilometres from Sarteano. Chianciano Terme is 9 km, San Casciano dei Bagni 16 km, Montepulciano 20 km, Pienza 30 km. Perugia Airport is 63 km, Florence Airport 138 km.
