Three doubles and a twin, with three shower rooms. At the front, three bedrooms, two shower rooms, a living area, small dining area and kitchen. At the back, a small independent apartment with its own entrance, living room and kitchen holds the fourth bedroom and shower room.

A 14 by 7 m pool, 1.4 to 1.9 m deep, open April to October and unfenced. A large gazebo shelters an outdoor kitchen, a bar, a built in barbecue and the dining table. Outdoor lounge, outdoor shower and table tennis.

In the countryside under 4 km from San Michele Salentino. San Vito dei Normanni is 10 km, Ostuni 16 km and the Torre Guaceto reserve 20 km. Brindisi Airport is 39 km.
