The villa
A historic masseria of over 300 m² on two floors, 2 km from Putignano, among centuries old olive and oak trees and fruit orchards. Stone walls and original features sit alongside contemporary design.

Four double bedrooms, with room for two extra children's beds. On the ground floor, a double with its own shower room across the hall and a private mini hydromassage pool. Upstairs, three doubles and two shower rooms, one en suite. A former stable is now the living room with grand piano and dining table; a stone walled kitchen and reading room.

A saltwater pool of about 140 m², shelving from a shallow entry to 2.8 m, with a paved sun terrace. The old steward's courtyard holds a 17th century stone pizza oven under a vine pergola. A patio kitchen with stone barbecue, a second dining area, lawns, playground and outdoor showers.

In the countryside 2 km from the centre of Putignano. Castellana Grotte is 7 km, Alberobello 12 km and the coast at Polignano a Mare 21 km. Bari Airport is 58 km.
