The villa
A 16th century masseria in wide grounds of centuries old olive trees, Mediterranean scrub and dry stone walls, 10 km inland from Monopoli. Rustic yet elegant interiors in light colours, with two fireplaces and large windows.
Inside
Four suites of 23 to 27 m², each with independent outside access and an en suite bathroom, two with bathtubs, two with showers. A TV room with a single sofa bed, also reached from outside, and a fifth shower room. A living area, a dining area with a long table and a modern kitchen.
Outside
A 14 by 5 m saltwater pool, 1.3 m deep, heatable at extra cost, overlooking the scrub. A traditional gazebo with sofas and a table for 20, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven, lounges, table tennis and a playground. A roof terrace with sofas and its own bar room.
