The villa
The principal residence of a 1,100 hectare historic estate with vineyards and wineries, restored to its 19th century splendour by Ferruccio Ferragamo. Marble columns, a grand staircase, crystal chandeliers and fine art. Two staff live in a separate private wing; daily housekeeping.
Inside
Ten double bedrooms, all en suite, for 20 guests; five convert to twins. Four on the mezzanine; on the second floor, a Royal Suite with canopied bed and walk in wardrobe, plus five more. Living room with piano and fireplace, dining room, TV lounge, study and kitchen. Below: wine cellar, billiards, gym, sauna and a heated 10 m indoor pool.
Outside
A manicured Italian garden with cypress lined paths and a central fountain. A 15 x 7.5 m pool with loungers and parasols, a lawn set for outdoor living and dining, and a barbecue area. An annexe holds a hunting room with a panoramic terrace.

On the estate, 2 km from San Giustino Valdarno, with the estate's three hole golf course a few kilometres away. Arezzo is 21 km, Florence 68 km, Siena 61 km. Florence Airport is 80 km, Perugia Airport 119 km.
