The villa
A 450 sqm 19th century villa on the Etruscan Riviera, set within a 5,000 sqm walled garden. Light, elegant rooms with comfortable sofas and plenty of artwork, and sea breezes through double doors onto a long terrace.

On the ground floor: a breakfast room, a professional kitchen, a living room with dining table and a second kitchen, a double bedroom and two bathrooms. Upstairs: a reading room, a sitting room, five doubles (one with en suite) and a twin, with a large marble bathroom and two more. Seven bedrooms and five bathrooms in all.
Outside
A long first floor terrace overlooks the lawns and a pool with loungers and a built in barbecue. Paved terraces with dining tables, sea views towards Elba, and parking for five cars within the grounds.
Location
At the end of a street, a few minutes on foot from the main square, with a beach just below. Castiglioncello has a railway station; Livorno is 30 km, Pisa 50 km and Florence 100 km.
