The villa
A pink house in traditional Ligurian style, with slate roof and green shutters, on the south east edge of the Portofino Natural and Marine Park. Some 400 sq m over two levels, in terraced olive groves above the bay, furnished in a contemporary style.

The upper level holds a living room opening onto the main terrace, a cosy study corner, a formal dining room and a well equipped kitchen, plus a double, a twin, a sea view single, a further double and two bathrooms. The lower level has a twin, a single, a bathroom with tub, a laundry and a service room with its own bathroom.
Outside
A 2,000 sq m garden. The main terrace lies under a century old wisteria pergola facing the bay; an upper terrace sits on a rocky outcrop with open sea views. About 150 steps lead down to a private stone platform for swimming in the sea.
Location
A 20 minute walk from Portofino harbour, reached by a private lift from the harbour and a cobbled path; the gate is 300 m away. Santa Margherita Ligure is 5 km, Rapallo 8 km. Genoa Airport is 45 km away.
