The upper floors, about 200 sq m, hold a kitchen, dining room and large living room, three doubles, a twin and three shower rooms, plus a panoramic sea view terrace. Highlights list a second kitchen.
Outside
A 9 m pool with a shallow area for children, lit until midnight, beside a wide flat lawn that looks over the sea and Sanremo. Sunbeds, umbrellas, outdoor dining, a barbecue with wood burning oven, and a vegetable garden. Parking for up to 10 cars.

4 km from Sanremo and 5 km from the nearest beach. Bordighera is 12 km, Monaco 37 km and Nice 51 km. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 60 km away.
