The villa
An Art Nouveau house built in 1911 for a Milanese industrial family, restored with its stone and terracotta floors and wrought iron intact. It faces south east over Lake Como, in a 3,000 sqm garden of palms, azaleas, jasmine and citrus.
Inside
A living room over the lake, a library opening onto the garden, a dining room for 12 and a former greenhouse now a TV room with a 100 inch screen. Kitchen with wood fired pizza oven. A ground floor king room with terrace, four first floor suites with balconies, two convertible to twins, and a single in the tower. A stone vaulted spa with Turkish bath and cold plunge. Lift.
Outside
A heated saltwater infinity pool, 16 by 7 m, with sun terrace and outdoor shower. A copper roofed period gazebo shelters an early 20th century table and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Lawns, shaded seats and flowering gazebos throughout; a palm lined avenue leads to the house.

400 m from the hamlet of Muronico and 2 km from Argegno, five minutes by car or 20 on foot along the old path. Lenno 9 km, Bellagio 15 km, Como 22 km. Lugano airport 35 km, Milan Malpensa airport 66 km.
