The villa
The smaller of two 18th century houses on one estate on the eastern shore of Lake Como, entered through an underground passage into a mosaic hallway. Frescoed ceilings, a marble staircase, restored antiques and marble finishes, with lake views from every room.
Inside
Three levels. The ground floor has dining and sitting rooms under frescoed ceilings with a fireplace, and a professional kitchen where a chef can cook on request. The two upper floors mirror each other, each with a master bedroom and a double, both en suite, and a twin with its own bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
Outside
Furnished terraces with panoramic lake views for lounging and dining, set in the estate's lush parkland. A stone path climbs to a private pool on a raised, secluded plot with a furnished sun deck. Electric gate and parking.

750 m from Blevio and 2 km from Torno, on the eastern shore. Como 6 km, Cernobbio 9 km, Bellagio 25 km. Lugano airport 39 km, Milan Malpensa airport 52 km.
