The villa
A light filled house on three floors in manicured gardens on the hills of the Bellagio peninsula, looking down over the town and Lake Como. A quiet, private setting reached by narrow lanes, a few minutes by car from the centre.
Inside
Four bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room and all convertible between double and twin. The first floor, level with the garden and pool, has the living room with lake views, dining room, kitchen, a king double and a twin. Two more doubles are on the top floor. The ground floor holds a Turkish bath, fitness corner and wine cellar.
Outside
A 9 by 3.8 m pool with counter current swimming, heated by solar panels on request, with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. A covered terrace off the living room and master bedroom, and lounge and dining areas in the garden.
Location
About 6 km from the centre of Bellagio, a few minutes by car along narrow roads; a compact car is advised. Varenna 11 km and Menaggio 12 km by ferry, Como 37 km. Bergamo airport 62 km, Milan Linate airport 73 km.
