The villa
A residence from the first half of the 20th century overlooking Lake Garda, built by local craftsmen in the Liberty style and restored with modern comforts. It sleeps 12 guests in six double bedrooms, with four more on sofa beds in the two living rooms.
Inside
Liberty lines and floral details run through the house, with a lift. First floor: three doubles (two with lake views, one over the garden), two shower rooms and a small sitting room with a sofa bed. Second floor: two master doubles with walk in closets and en suite shower rooms, and a third double with its shower room off the hallway. Below, a spa (sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi) and a gym.
Outside
An infinity pool overlooking the lake, with sunbeds and a furnished poolside area, sits in a landscaped private garden. A patio and lounge areas are set for breakfasts and evenings in the open, each of the six bedrooms opens onto its own terrace with lake views, and there is private parking.
Location
In the town of Garda, on the eastern shore of the lake, a 10 minute walk from the centre and its lakeside promenade. Punta San Vigilio is 2 km away, Bardolino 4 km, Lazise 9 km, Sirmione 32 km and Verona 38 km. Verona Villafranca airport is 35 km.
