The villa
A restored 1920s house in Gaino, on the western shore of Lake Garda, within 100,000 sq m of garden and olive trees. Original Venetian floors, historical fireplaces and a grand piano set an elegant, period tone.
Inside
The ground floor has a spacious living room and dining room, a billiard room with grand piano, and a fully equipped kitchen, all with large windows framing Monte Baldo and the southern lake. Upstairs are four doubles with king size beds and private bathrooms; two open onto private terraces with lake views.
Outside
A large outdoor jacuzzi pool looks over the lake. There is also an above ground pool, 9 x 5 m and 1.32 m deep, framed by a wooden deck solarium, heated on request. A barbecue area serves outdoor meals, and parking takes six cars.

450 m from Gaino and 2.5 km from the Bogliaco golf course. Toscolano Maderno is 3 km, Gardone Riviera 7 km and Salò 12 km. Verona Airport is 66 km, Bergamo Airport 94 km.
