The villa
A contemporary 400 sq m house with a separate pool house, on a gently elevated hillside in Marciaga. The estate covers 40,000 sq m of ancient olive groves and walking trails, with sweeping views over Lake Garda.

Floor to ceiling windows light an open plan living area; the dining area opens onto the terrace, beside a sleek kitchen and guest bathroom. Three ground floor doubles have en suite bathrooms; one has a private sauna and direct access to the hot tub. Upstairs, a lake view double with bathtub. The pool house holds a double sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen.
Outside
A saltwater infinity pool, 20 x 8 m, bordered by a pond among pebbles, with a paved sun terrace between pool and pool house. An outdoor jacuzzi for six, a terrace with dining table, and an outdoor dining area by the pool house. There is also a heliport.

400 m from the centre of Marciaga and 1 km from the Ca' degli Ulivi golf course. Garda is 3 km, Bardolino 6 km and Verona 39 km. Verona Airport is 35 km away.
