The ground floor has an open plan living and dining area in whites and beiges, a second living room with TV opening to the garden, a kitchen with a wooden table and outdoor access, and a guest bathroom. Upstairs are four doubles, one with a four poster bed, one with its own external entrance, and a twin, served by four bathrooms with showers.
Outside
An irregular pool of about 5 x 12 m, 1.4 m deep, on a paved terrace with sun loungers and lake views, reached by a staircase past a pond. A patio with white drapes on its arches shelters the outdoor dining table. Further lounge areas sit in the garden.

550 m from Marciaga and 900 m from the Ca' degli Ulivi golf course. Garda is 2 km, Bardolino 6 km and Verona 40 km. Verona Airport is 36 km away.
