Lucca
A 150 square metre apartment in the heart of Lucca, with a private terrace above Piazza Parigi.
The villa
The largest of three apartments in a historic building on Piazza Parigi, in the centre of Lucca, reinterpreting the Tuscan home with contemporary restraint: white beamed ceilings, light parquet and a palette of sky blue and beige.
Inside
150 square metres: a double living room, an open plan kitchen around an island with integrated sink, and a dining area. Two doubles with king beds and two shower rooms, one en suite. Home automation, underfloor heating and concealed air conditioning; independent code access and a lift within the building.
Outside
A private terrace overlooks the square, an extension of the living room for morning coffee or an evening glass above the life of the city.
Location
On Piazza Parigi within Lucca's walls, with piazzas, cafés and shops on foot; paid covered parking nearby. Pisa airport is 37 km away, Pisa 21 km, Viareggio 25 km and Florence 83 km.
