Spello
Within the medieval walls of Spello, opposite a convent where Gregorian chants drift through the air every day at noon.
The villa
A single level residence of about 200 sqm in the quiet upper part of Spello, a limited traffic area. Contemporary interiors within ancient stone walls, with floor to ceiling glass doors that open the rooms to the light.
Inside
An open plan living room flows into the dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room: two doubles and a third with a double sofa bed. Two of the bedrooms open directly onto the garden.
Outside
A secluded garden framed by Mediterranean plants and old stone walls, with a heated whirlpool pool of 2 x 2 m that seats six. Private parking inside the garden, with an electric vehicle charging point, is rare in a historic centre.
Location
In the upper part of Spello, a short walk from the piazzas, restaurants and artisan shops of the village, facing the Monastero di Santa Chiara. Assisi is 11 km, Foligno 8 km and Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport 21 km.
