Cozzana
A 12 m infinity pool with Roman steps faces the distant Adriatic from a one hectare estate of olive and carob trees.
The villa
A contemporary house of clean, modern lines on the sunlit hills between Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. A sleek black gate opens onto a 10,000 sqm private estate of ancient olive and carob trees, ornamental plants and fruit trees.
Inside
An open plan living and dining area with full height windows framing the pool and the sea, a gold framed mirror and a modern fireplace with exposed flue dividing it from the kitchen. Three double bedrooms, one opening onto the pool terrace with a view of the sea, share two bathrooms. A utility bathroom holds the washer and dryer.
Outside
A 12 x 4 m infinity pool with Roman steps faces the sea, framed by a wooden sundeck with loungers. A few steps lead to a shaded dining and lounge area with crisp white furnishings and a wood fired oven. An outdoor shower completes the terrace.

In the countryside 3 km from Cozzana and 8 km from Monopoli. The beaches of Cala Corvino and Cala Porta Vecchia are 9 to 10 km, Polignano a Mare 13 km, Alberobello 19 km and Bari Airport 63 km.
