A spacious contemporary villa in the hills just outside Carovigno, with a separate cottage. Neutral beige tones and local craftsmanship fill the rooms, and large windows open to the olive trees and a distant view of the sea.

Five double bedrooms. On the main floor, a living room, a kitchen with dining area, three en suite doubles and an extra shower room. Upstairs, an independent suite with its own entrance, kitchenette, en suite double and two furnished sea view terraces. A cottage 15 m away has a double, a shower room and a small sitting area.
Outside
A 50 m² infinity pool with Roman steps and sun loungers, set among dry stone walls and olive trees. Shaded outdoor lounges, outdoor dining with barbecue, an outdoor shower, and a rooftop terrace with a dining table and wide views.

In the countryside 5 km from Carovigno. Ostuni is 13 km and the beaches of the Torre Guaceto marine reserve 16 km. Brindisi Airport is 25 km, Bari Airport 109 km.
