The villa
A two storey family house surrounded by a lush garden, with generous play space around the pool. Bright, relaxed interiors open through large windows and doors straight onto the garden.
Inside
Five double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The ground floor has an open plan living and dining area with fireplace, a modern kitchen with island, two doubles (one reached through the other) and a shower room. Upstairs, three doubles: one with an en suite bath and shower, the others sharing a shower room.
Outside
A 14 by 7 m pool, 1.2 to 2.5 m deep, with loungers, a changing room and shower. A shady veranda along the house is furnished for aperitifs and dinners, with table football. Barbecue, table tennis and a playground in the garden.
Location
On the edge of Melendugno, with a supermarket 1.5 km away. The beaches of Torre dell'Orso and San Foca are a short drive; Lecce is 17 km, Otranto 26 km and Acaya Golf Club about 15 km. Brindisi Airport is 67 km.
