A 16th century masseria in the village of Muro Leccese, restored by an architect with a sleek, bohemian interior. Typical Apulian vaulted ceilings run through the ground floor, which looks out over the garden and pool.

Five bedrooms over two floors, with four bathrooms. On the ground floor, a large vaulted kitchen and living area, a dining area and two doubles (or twins), each with its own shower room. Upstairs, a canopy double with an extra single bed and its own bathroom, a double and a twin sharing a shower room, and a TV lounge.
Outside
A 15 by 2.5 m pool, 1.6 m deep, with a furnished sun terrace in a lush garden. Pergolas shade the outdoor dining table and a lounge of sofas. Barbecue, table tennis and outdoor showers; the first floor opens onto a large terrace.

A five minute walk from the centre of Muro Leccese and its trattoria and bakery. Castro is 14 km, Otranto 18 km, Lecce 33 km and Santa Maria di Leuca 40 km. Brindisi Airport is 84 km.
