A restored villa in the hills behind Monopoli, set among ancient olive trees, a private wood and gardens of aromatic plants and fruit trees. White walls and pale beige floors give the interiors a light, calm feel.

In the main house, four king size bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room, garden access and a private terrace looking to the sea; a living room with modern fireplace, a dining room for 10 with sea views, and the kitchen. A restored trullo holds a fifth double with shower room, a living area with fireplace and its own courtyard.
Outside
A 5.5 m square pool on a gated terrace, with sun loungers, shower and a fridge, looking over the hills to the sea. Outdoor dining beside the kitchen, a lounge area, a furnished patio, and the trullo's courtyard with table and barbecue.
