The villa
The second of two stone farmhouses on a five hectare wine and olive estate near Dolceacqua, some 400 m up at the foot of the Maritime Alps. Rustic and refined: chestnut ceilings washed white, wooden floors, stone and dark iron.
Inside
On the ground floor, an open plan living and dining room of about 50 sq m, a fully equipped kitchen, and a family room with double bed and a bunk bed concealed behind a metal partition. Two doubles on the first floor have independent external stairs. Each bedroom has an en suite shower room.
Outside
A front garden with lawn and olive trees holds a dining table, a stone barbecue and sun loungers. The panoramic pool between the two farmhouses is shared, furnished with parasols, sunbeds and garden mattresses.
Location
8 km from Dolceacqua, near the border with France. Ventimiglia is 11 km, Sanremo 30 km and Monaco 45 km. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 69 km away.
