The villa
One of two stone farmhouses on a five hectare estate of olive groves and vineyards near Dolceacqua, at about 400 m above sea level beneath the Maritime Alps. Wooden floors, whitewashed chestnut ceilings, stone and darkened iron.
Inside
The ground floor has an open plan living and dining room of about 50 sq m, a fully equipped kitchen and a family room with a double bed and a bunk bed behind a metal partition, all facing the garden. Upstairs, two doubles, each reached by its own external stair. All three bedrooms have en suite shower rooms.
Outside
A front lawn with olive trees, a dining table, a stone barbecue and sun loungers. Between the two farmhouses lies a panoramic pool, shared with the other house, with parasols, sunbeds and garden mattresses.
Location
8 km from Dolceacqua and close to the French border. Ventimiglia is 11 km, Bordighera 17 km and Sanremo 30 km. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 69 km away.
