The villa
A 230 m² contemporary villa in the hills just outside Ostuni, set in a botanical garden and olive grove. Its terrace looks across the countryside to the whitewashed skyline of Ostuni and the Adriatic.

On the ground floor, an open plan living and dining area with fireplace, a modern kitchen, two bedrooms, a guest bathroom and laundry. Upstairs, two bedrooms linked by a small sitting room; one bathroom opens onto a patio with a heated hot tub for four.
Outside
A 13 by 3.3 m pool, 1.5 m deep, with sun loungers and its own bathroom. A wide terrace for outdoor dining with barbecue, overlooking Ostuni. A private patio upstairs holds the 2 m square heated Jacuzzi and a small lounge.

In the hills 4 km from Ostuni; the beaches of Pilone and Lido Morelli are 8 and 9 km. Cisternino is 17 km and Martina Franca 27 km. Brindisi Airport is 43 km.
