The villa
A contemporary house on three levels in the heart of Muro Leccese, each level with its own outdoor space. Soft white and beige rooms hold designer and vintage furniture and original artwork from the owners' collection.
Inside
Three doubles and two twins, each with an en suite shower room. The master suite sits on the pool level with its own private garden and shower; the other four bedrooms are in the main part of the house and can all be set up as twins. Open plan living and dining areas and a modern kitchen.
Outside
A stone arch and banana trees frame the entrance garden. The main garden, shaded by jacarandas, has a dining terrace for 16 and a 30 m pergola looking over the old town. A long, narrow pool, sun loungers, table tennis and a double shower in the back garden.
Location
About 250 m, a five minute walk, from the centre of Muro Leccese, its trattoria and bakery. The Otranto coast is a 15 minute drive, Otranto 17 km and Lecce 33 km. Brindisi Airport is 85 km.
