A farmhouse and guest house set within forest and olive groves on a historic estate just outside Casole d'Elsa, linked by an expansive courtyard. Vaulted ceilings, arched doorways and traditional Tuscan materials throughout.

Ground floor: a kitchen, a formal dining room and a living room with a traditional fireplace, all opening onto the courtyard, plus a laundry and a double en suite. Upstairs, two doubles, each en suite, and two sitting rooms. The guest house has a double with en suite bathroom and a cosy sitting area.
Outside
A heated glass tiled infinity pool beside a spa built into the ruins of an old barn. An outdoor hot tub, a fire pit, a wood burning oven and a bocce court around the courtyard.
