The villa
A restored Tuscan country house in the manner of the old residences of noble Florentine families, on an estate between the Valdarno and Reggello. Rolling hills, meadows and the eroded Balze del Valdarno form the backdrop.
Inside
Ground floor: a large dining room, a kitchen, a guest bathroom and a double en suite. First floor: three doubles, each en suite, two with bathtubs; living areas are spread over both floors. An adjacent cottage, optional, adds two en suite doubles, a kitchen, dining area and two living rooms.
Outside
A 14 x 6 m pool with a generous paved terrace and sun loungers, set in a lush garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area.
Location
On an estate about 1.5 km from Matassino and 4 km from Figline Valdarno. Reggello is 7 km, Greve in Chianti 23 km and Florence 43 km. Florence airport is 53 km.
