The villa
A modern house of 250 sqm on two levels in a 1,000 sqm garden at Sala Comacina, a fishing village on the western shore of Lake Como. Every room looks to Isola Comacina, and a chef cooks breakfast each morning at the hour you choose.

The upper floor has an open plan living room and kitchen opening onto a lake terrace, and the master with walk in wardrobe, study and lake balcony. Below are three doubles, one with its own courtyard, and a TV lounge with small kitchen opening onto the pool.
Outside
A 3 by 8 m pool heated to 30°C from May to September, with a sunbathing area and an outdoor bar. The lake terrace carries a dining table and lounge seating, and private courtyards and balconies look over the water.
