On the ground floor, a large living area with fireplace, dining area and kitchen, plus seven of the rooms, each with its own outside door. Upstairs, reached by an external staircase, two rooms with panoramic terraces and a kitchenette.

A 13 by 6 m pool, 1.4 m deep, with a counter current system and views to the sea. A garden with an outdoor lounge, a dining area off the patio, barbecue, hot outdoor shower, table tennis and a playground.
