The villa
A contemporary beach house on the isthmus joining Monte Argentario to the mainland. Interiors in sand and cream with touches of sea blue, and floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto the garden and the beach beyond.
Inside
Three floors. The main floor has an open plan living and dining area with a modern kitchen, and a guest bathroom. Seven double bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room: three on the ground floor (one also with a bunk bed), three upstairs, and one on the lower ground floor with an extra single bed and a lower ceiling. Games room with table tennis, foosball and TV.
Outside
A private garden runs straight onto the beach, with a gate to the sand. Shaded outdoor dining and lounge areas wrap around the house, facing sunrise and sunset over the open sea.
Location
Directly on Giannella beach, on the northern isthmus of Orbetello. Porto Santo Stefano is 6 km, Orbetello 7 km and Porto Ercole 9 km. Rome Fiumicino airport is 149 km.
