A 13.5 by 2.5 m infinity pool, 1.6 m deep, with a paved sun terrace, lawns and olive trees. A large lounge under a pergola, and a shaded dining area a few steps above the pool. Barbecue and outdoor shower.

In the countryside 4 km from Carovigno, with shops and restaurants five minutes by car. Ostuni is 11 km and Ceglie Messapica 19 km. Brindisi Airport is 34 km.
