The villa
A first floor residence with lift in a noble 15th century palazzo in the Santa Croce quarter, restored by the architect and designer Ilaria Sassolini. A minimalist palette and bespoke furniture set off the palazzo's original frescoes.
Inside
A large kitchen adjoins two living rooms: one informal, with deep sofas and chaise longues, one formal, with a wet bar. Four suites, all with marble en suite bathrooms and walk in showers, hand crafted wardrobes and leather headboards. One is a twin that converts to double, with its own lounge and sofa bed. Two children's sofa beds on request.
Outside
A private garden courtyard, fully furnished, for breakfast or an evening aperitif, with one suite looking onto it.
Location
In Santa Croce, near the Sant'Ambrogio market and the Piazza dei Ciompi flea market. Piazza della Signoria is 650 m away, the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo and the Basilica of Santa Croce 1 km. Florence Airport is 11 km away. A garage is available on request.
