Florence
Frescoed ceilings and columns from the building's days as a theatre, with a terrace facing Palazzo Pitti.
The villa
A spacious four bedroom apartment on the third floor of a 17th century building with a lift, facing Piazza Pitti. Once a theatre, it keeps ceiling frescoes and original columns alongside contemporary design.
Inside
The frescoed living room has two bar areas. An open kitchen with a steel worktop serves a handmade table for twelve. Three doubles are en suite with walk in showers: the master, with a king size bed and two sofa beds, one with a four poster, one that can be twin. The fourth has its own bathroom behind a private door. An infrared sauna seats two.
Outside
A terrace and several windows look directly across Piazza Pitti to Palazzo Pitti, former residence of the Medici.
Location
In the Oltrarno opposite Piazza Pitti, 300 m from the Ponte Vecchio. The Uffizi, the Duomo and the Bargello are about 2 km on foot. Florence Airport is 11 km away.
